After a long-term marriage ends, the loss goes deeper than most people around you understand.
It's not just the relationship. It's your identity, your routines, the future you imagined, and the sense of "we" that shaped your daily life. The people who love you want to help — but unless they've lived it, there's a limit to how much they can truly get it.
That's where this group is different.
There is something that happens when you're in a room with women who truly understand, not because they've read about it, but because they're living it too.
This kind of connection is not just comforting it's therapeutic. Shared experience is one of the most powerful resources in healing. It breaks isolation, rebuilds trust, and reminds you that you are not broken. You are in a process. And you don't have to go through it alone.
This group becomes a new community of support , one built on real understanding, at exactly the moment you need it most.
Each session is 60 minutes, therapist-led, and builds on the last. You'll move through understanding your loss, reclaiming your identity, navigating relationships, and stepping into what's next with a small group of women who are walking the same path alongside you.
Sessions are held in-person in Irvine. Enrollment is limited to maintain the intimacy and safety of the group.
Group therapy at a fraction of the cost of individual sessions. At $65 (for package of 5 sessions) or $80 per session, with a licensed therapist, a structured program, and a community of women who truly understand.
A brief consultation call is required to ensure this is a good fit and to maintain the safety and cohesion of the group dynamic. Space is limited.
I’m Rose, a licensed therapist ~ and a woman who has lived through the kind of loss that changes you. After a long-term relationship ends, what you’re left with isn’t just grief… it’s disorientation. Your identity shifts. The structure of your life changes. And there’s often a quiet question underneath it all: Who am I now?
This group isn’t something I created from the outside looking in. It comes from both professional experience and personal understanding of what it means to rebuild.
My role is to guide the process, hold the structure, and create a space where you can be real, without pressure, comparison, or needing to have it all figured out.
You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready for. But you will be supported in understanding yourself more clearly, and in taking steps forward that actually fit you.
